Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey county, Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of
the city Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was duly
held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 28th day of
March, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and Council-
ment wingert, crichton, Hanson and Woodburn1 and the following
were absent: None.
Councilman crichton introduced and moved the adoption of the
following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 7'H.5
RESOLUTION DECIARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND O:RDER!NG PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-2
WHEREAS, _ certain petitions requesting an improvement in the
City of Arden Hills, generally in the area bounded by Cleveland
Avenue on the west1 prior Avenue on the east1 Glenpaul Avenue
on the south1 and approximately 150 feet north of Jerrold Avenue
extended westerly on the north by the construction of sanitary
sewer, watermain, bituminous surfacing, concrete curb and gutter,
drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, filed with the
Council on 1111 and 2/25 , 1977, is hereby declared to be
signed by the required percentage of owners of property affected
. thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. 429.035.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BlI' THE CITY COt1NCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILlS, MINNESOTA:

That the petition be referred to the city consulting engineer
for study and. that he is instruc1;ed to repo~t to the council with
all convenient speed, advis~ngthe Council i.n a prli!liminaryway
as to whether the proposed lDIprovement is feasible and ast6 :
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recOJllDlet1ded.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution wis
duly seconded by COuncilman Wingert and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All: and the
following voted against the same: None, whereupon said resolu-
tion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the city council of
said city held on the 28th day of March, 1977, with the original
thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true and
complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement
No. SS-W-P-77-2.
