and moved its adoption:
introduced the following resolution
Resolution No. 77-14
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT
NO. SS-W-P-77-1 PURSUANT TO PETITION
BY 10~/o OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the city Council received a petition from all owners
of the real property in the area bounded by County Road E-2 on the
north, old State Trunk Highway 10 on the east, Soo line railroad
tracks on the south, and New Brighton Road on the west requesting
that the Council install sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous
surfacing, concrete Curb and gutter, storm drainage and necessary
appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire cost
. of said improvement be assessed against their property, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted
February 28, 1977, a report has been prepared by the City consulting
engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report was
received by the Council on
March 28
, 1977.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all
propert:r affected by said requested improvement in accordance with
M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3).
2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the city consulting engineer.
S. The city consulting engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman C~lchTon
and upon roll call vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Cr.peau, Crlch~on, Henson, ~Ingert, Woodburn
and the follow~ng voted aga~ns~: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
