RESOLUTION NO. 77-13
WHEREAS, the City of Arden HI lis has received notice, dated
.
February 22, 1977, from John P. Brady that coupons numbered 118,
119,120,121 of Improvement Bond Series I, payable May 1,1976
to Francis and Cordula S. Brady, have been lost, and
WHEREAS, records of the City of Arden Hills and American
National Bank and Trust Co., Paying Agent for Improvement Bond
Series I, indicate the above Coupons have not been presented for
payment, and
WHEREAS, said John P. Brady has directed American National
Bank and Trust Co., by letter dated February 22, 1977, to stop
payment on above coupons, and
WHEREAS, the Interest due and owing on May I, 1976 by virtue of
said Coupons Is $570.00 (4 @ $142.50).
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED tha~ pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes, upon receipt of the following:
I. An affidavit of loss signed by payees Francis
and CordulaS. Brady, and
2. Two copies of a surety bond to the City of Arden
Hills' in the amount of $1,140.00,
the City of Arden Hills wil I authorize the American National Bank
and Trust Co., Paying Agent, to pay Francis and Corduia S. Brady
$570.00 for the coupons numbered 118, 119, 120,121, dated May I,
1976, which were lost.

Passed by the City Counci i of Arden Hills, Minnesota this 28th day
of February, 1977.
