Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
city of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the city Hall in said city on Monday, the 28th day of
February, 1977, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and
Councilmen wingert, Hanson, Crichton and Woodburn~ and the fol-
lowing were absent: None.
Councilman wingert introduced and moved the adoption of the
following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. 77-12
RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION
AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-77-1
WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the
city of Arden Bills generally in the area bounded by County Road
E-2 on the north, old State Trunk Highway 10 on the east, Soo
line railroad tracks on the south, and New Brighton Road on the
west by the construction of sanitary sewer, watermain, bituminous
surfacing, concrete curb and gutter, sto~d~ainage and necessary
appurtenances, filed with the Council on
Februarv 28, 1977
,
is hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of
owners. of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota statutes,
Sec. 429.035.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS, MINNESOTA:

That the petition be referred to the City consulting engi-
neer for study and that he is instructed to report to the council
with all convenient speed, advising the council in a preliminary
way as t? whether the proposed improvement is feasible and as to
whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with
some other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement
as recommended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by councilman Hanson and upon vote being taken
thereon the following voted in favor thereof: All~ and the fol-
lowing voted against the sarne: None~ whereupon said resolution
was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
Administrator of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing
extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the city council of
said city held on the 28th day of February, 1977, with the origi-
nal thereof on file in my office, and the sarne is a full, true
and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to Improvement
No. SS-W-p-77-l.
