CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
RESOLUTION NO. 77-9
Reconveyance of Tax Forfeited Land
to the State of Minnesota
.
WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 282.01,
Subdivision I, the State of Minnesota, on the 17th day of March, 1972,
conveyed to the City of Arden Hills Lot 10, Block 5, Arden Hills, to
be used for open space as part of the City park system, and
WHEREAS, the City has abandoned the public use for which the
land was conveyed,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the City of Arden
Hills reconveys said land to the State of Minnesota and approves the
sale of said land;
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk Administrator Is directed
to send a certified copy of this ResolutIon to the Ramsey County Land
Commissioner.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator are
hereby authorized to execute the Deed Reconveying the Forfeited Land
to the State of Minnesota.
