Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the city council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota. was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96. st. paul, Minnesota. on Monday, the .!l:t!:!. day of Januarv .
197~. at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Crepeau, Crichton,
Hanson, Woodburn
and the following were absent~ Wingert.

RESOLUTION REIATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMEm.'S RELATING TO
SANITARY SEWER IM?ROVEMEN'I' NO. 3
BE IT RESOLVED by the city Council of the city of Arden
Bills. Minnesota. as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement
NO.3 as last finally amanded and adopted on October 12. 1961,
was filed and certified to the county Auditor of namaey county
on November 17. 1961, for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing
. in 1962 r and
WHEREAS. a bearing on suppl.ental auesements, reass.ss-
ments and apporticmment of previous asse......ts in respect. to

Sanit:ary Sewer Improvement No. :3 was held on J\\ly 16, 1962, at
which time assessments for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No.3 were
UleZlde4 as provided by said resolution of said date and certi-
. fied and fUed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey
County on October 3, 19627 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll as amended, have been
divided and conveyed by previous property owners, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey county requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City council of the city of Arden Bills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assesAment to be collected in the year 1963 and thereafter7
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Bills
does hereby make the fOllowing apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessm~~t roll of october 12, 1961,
and as ame.~ded as of July 16, 1962, against the following
descrioed p~cperties:

The Clerk Administrator of the city of Arden Hills is hereby
authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution and to
certify the same to the county Auditor of Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Crichton
, and upon vote being
taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Crepeau,
Crichton, Hanson, Woodburn
and the following voted against the same: none
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Following the apportionment of the above referenced improvement we
have been advised by Ramsey County the assessments on the follow-
ing described tract in the amount of'$2,045.80 were paid in full
in 1965 and 1966:
Shady Oak Addition
Except the South 200 Ft. of
Lots 3 & 4 and all of Lot 5,
Block 3.
Therefore, no apportionment on No. 51631 is necessary.
The original assessments on Lots 6 through 11, 13 through 15, Block
3, Shady Oaks Addition (Parcel No. 67500-153-03, see Division 51574)
was $2,250.
