WHEREAS, Resolution No. 27- / designates the First National Bank of
St. Paul and The Roseville State Bank as official depositories f>r fun~s of the
City of Arden Hills for the calendar year 1977; and
~JlIERKAS. it is desirable to invest City funds at the higest availc'ole
interest rate,
NO\!, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that effective t:,:tS date, the
following banks are designated additional depositories for the sole purpose
of investing funde of the City of Arden Hille:
American National Bank of St. Paul
Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul
First National Bank of Minneapolis
Northwestern National Bank of Minneapolis
BE IT FURTHl!R RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized to take
whatever actions are necessary to make investments at the aforesaid depositories
and to ascertain that adequate security, as required by the laws of the State
of. Ydnnesota, is furnished by such depositories to protect the City's deposited
funds against financial: loss.
