REPEALING RESOLUTION NO. 80-53
AND ESJABLISHING PERMIT FEES
FOR APPLICATIONS UNDER CITY
ZONING AND SUBDIVISION APPLI-
CATIONS
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Arden Hi lis
.
has determined that permit fees shel I be established by resolu-
tion adopted by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, Section 22-12 of the City Code is being
amended to provide that permit fees be established by resolution
rather than by ordinance, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has studied average
costs to the City to process applications and compared charges
In neighboring cities,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that Resolution No.
80-53 be repealed, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the permit fees shal I be
as follows:
