RESOLUTION NO. 80-59
Approval of 1981 Shade Tree Disease Control
Budget and Authorization to submit 1981
Shade Tree Application to Minnesota Depart-
ment of Agriculture.
BE IT RESOLVED that the following shade tree program budget
for sanitation and replanting of trees for the calendar year
1981 is hereby approved and that the city share of said budget
is available in the Shade Tree Disease Control Fund.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator
are hereby authorized to execute and submit the 1981 Shade Tree
Program application to the ~innesota Department of Agriculture.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 24th day of
November 1980.
