Extract of ~1inutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reqular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the lOth day
of November, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor crepeau and
Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, Crichton and woodburn; and the
following were absent: None.
Councilman Wingert introduced and 1IIOved the adoption of
the following resolution:

RESOLUTION AWARDING Bm FOR
IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-80-2
WHEREAS, pursuant to advertisement for bids for the above
improvement, according to the plans and specifications thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk ACministrator of said City,
said bids were received on November 10, 1980, at 2:00 o'clock
p.m., opened and tabulated according to law and the following
bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Minnesota, is the lowest responsible bidder at the tabulated
~ice of $11,095.00
NOW, 'l'BEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City CouncU of the
City of Arden HUls, Minnesot:a:
1. The Mayor and CJ.erk AdmiDist:rator are hereby author-
ized and direc:ted to enter into a contract with F. F. Jedlicki,
Inc. for $11,095.00 in the name of the City of Arden Bills
for the above improvement accordinq to the plaDS and specifi-
cations thereof heretofore approved by the City Couucil and on
fUe in the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
2. '!'he City CJ.erk Jk'Imt "i st:rator is hereby authorized and
directed to return forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the successful bidder
and the next lowest bidder sball be retained until contracts
have been signed.
The IIIOtion was seconded by Councilman Hanson and upon
vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
All, and the following voted against: None, whereupon said
resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
