WHEREAS, SectIon Xli 8-1 of OrdInance No. 213 provIdes that

the City to proc$ss applIcations and compared charges In neigh-

NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hills Council
approves the fol lowing fee schedule as recommended by the Finance
