RESOLUTION NO. 80-51
RESOLUTION APPROVING SUMS OF MONEY TO BE LEVIED
FOR LEVY YEAR 1980, PAYABLE IN 1981, AND AMEND-
ING THE LEVY ON 1972 IMPROVEMENT BONDS, SERIES 2,
1960. and 1961 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT BONDS,
SERIES B, C AND D, AND 1977 GENERAL OBLIGATION
REFUNDING BONDS.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Arden Bills, County
of Ramsey, that the following sums of money be levied for levy year
1979, payable in 1980, upon the taxable property in said City of Arden
Bills, for the following purposes:
General Fund
Shade Tree Disease
Sewer Utility Fund
Control
Total

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the tax levy for 1980', payable 1981.
for Improvement Bonds be reduced aa follows:
1960 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds.
Series B from $2,000 to 0
1960 Sanitary Sewer Improvement ~onds,
Series C from $12.300 to 0
1961 Sanitary Sewer Improvement Bonds,
Series D from $8,700 to 0
1972 Improvement Bonds. Series 2
from $44,900 to 0
1977 General Obligation Refunding Bonds
from $13,800 to 0

Due to the fact that the funda contain sufficient revenue to pay the
1981 bond installments.
Passed and approved by the City Council this o?1~ay of
