RESOLUTION No. 80-46
RESOLUTION REQUESTING RAMSEY COUNTY TO PLACE
EXCESS RIGHT-OF-WAY ON LEXINGTON AVENUE FOR
PUBLIC SALE
WHEREAS, Ramsey County owns a parcel of land which it
acquired for purposes of the reconstruction of Lexington Avenue
but which it is not using for right-of-way purposes, and
WHEREAS, that parcel of land could better be utilized
for private purposes,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City
Council of the City of Arden Hills that Ramsey County place for
a public sale that portion of the right-of-way of Lexington
Avenue North described as follows, to-wit:
That part of the East 60 feet of Lot 1, Block
1, Josephine Lake Park not required for
right-of-way purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk-Administrator
be and she hereby is authorized and directed to cause a certified
copy of this Resolution to be sent to the appropriate officials
of Ramsey County.
