Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota

September 8, 1980
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the city Council of the city of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was
held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 8th day of
September, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and
Councilmen Woodburn, Crichton, Wingert and Hanson
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 80-45
RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-80-2
PURSUANT TO PETITION
BY 1000..6 OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY
WHEREAS, the city Council received a petition from all
owners of the real property in the area bounded by County Road E
on the north, Old Snelling Avenue on the east, and Arden Lane on
the south and west in the City of Arden Hills requesting that the
City install sanitary sewer and watermain, and necessary
appurtenances at said location and requesting that the entire
cost of said improvement be assessed against their property, and

WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted

August 11, 1980, a report has been prepared by the City consulting
engineer with reference to the improvement, and this report
was received by the council on September 8, 1980.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the city council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all
property affected by said requested improvement in accordance
with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3).
2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as
proposed in the report of the City consulting engineer.
3. The City consulting engineer is hereby designated as
the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and
specifications for the making of such improvement.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by councilman Woodburn, and upon roll call vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the fOllowing voted against: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
