Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Bills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a reCJUlar meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the 11th day
of August, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.

introduced and moved the adop-
tion of the following resolution:
RESOLUTION NO. . 80-40
RESOLU'lION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION.AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT
ON IMPROVElmNT NO. SS-W-80-2
.
WHEREAS, a certain pet! tion requesting an improvement in
the CitY of Arden Bills in the area bounded by County Road It.
on the north, Old Snelling Avenue on the east, and Arden Lane
on the south and west by the installation of sanitary sewer and
watermain, and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council
on August 11, 1980, is hereby declared to be signed by 100% of
owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota
statutes, Sec. 429.035.
NOW, 'l'BEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF '!'BE
CITY OF ARDEN BILLS, MINNESOTA:
'l'hat the petition be referred to the City Consulting
Engineers for study and that they are instructed to report to

the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in
8. preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is
feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed
or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated
cost of the improvement as recnmmended.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman W~gert
, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same:Noue
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
