WHEREAS the City of Arden Hills will be unable to

ments of the Metropolitan Land Planning Act-by the July I, 1980
submittal date established by the Act, and
WHE~EAS the Metropolitan Council has adopted policies

which wll I allow time extensions for completion and submittal
of the Comprehensive PlarrforMetropolltan Council revIew;

NOW~ THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that for reasons

attached as E~hlblt A, the City of Arden Hills requests a sIx
(6) month time extension to complete the Comprehensive Plan
and submit It:to the Metropolitan Council.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 9th
day of June, 1~80.
