of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey Count.y, Minnesota
Pursuant. to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the Cit.y of Arden Bills, Minnesota, was
duly held in the Cit.y Hall, 1450 West. Highway 96, in said City
on Monday, the 9th day of June, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present.:

and the following were absent: Noae
Councilman 'Crichton introduced the following resolut.ion

and moved its adoption:

RESOLU'l'ION RELATING TO IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-6
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT

WHEREAS, contract.s have been let for Improvement. No.
SS-W-P-ST-78-6 consisting of the construct.ion of sanitary sewer,
watermain, bi t.uminous paving, concrete curb and, qutter, storm
drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances for approxi-
mately 30 acres located east of and adjacent to Bamline Avenue
approximately 755 feet. south of Amble Road, and
WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is
$: .3;32d.~~ and the other expenses incurred or t.o be incurred
int.l'ie ng of said improvement. amount to ~~ so that
the total cost of the improvement. will be $,4;lO,~,10:O:~21, and of
this cost the Cit.y will pay $ -0- as its share of the oost.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the Cit.y Council of the
Cit.y of Arden Rills, Minnesot.a, as follows:
1. The cost t.o be specially assessed is hereby declared
to be $:410 .',lOQ;~.21.
2. The City Clerk Administrator, together with the assis-
tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calculate
the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work aqainst

every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land wi thin the improve-
ment affected, without regard to cash valuation, as provided
by law, and she shall file a copy of su?h proposed assessment in
her office for public inspection. The City Clerk Administrator
may arrange for the assistance of the Data Processing Division
of the County of Ramsey in the preparation of the proposed
assessment roll.
3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion
of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for
their further action and for their setting of an assessment
hearing therefor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman
