Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the, '12th day of May, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: ,Acti.ngMayor Rob"ert Woodburn, Councilmen Charlie Crichton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert and the following were absent: Mayor Heury J. Crepeau, Jr. Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 80~28 RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED WATER IMPROVEMENTS NUMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve- D. ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of inc1udinq installments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1969; and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and can- veyed by previous property owners; and .- WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assess- ment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
