Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1980,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Henry J . Crepeau. J.r..
Councilman Charlie Crichton. Ward Ranson. James Wingert
and the following were absent: Counci.1man Rob.ert Woodbnrn
Councilman Cri.chton
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO.
80-22
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
IMPROVEMENT NO. W-78-5
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W-78-S as
last finally adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and certified
to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on OCtober 9, 1979, for
the purpose of including installments thereof to be collected
along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980~ and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners J and

WHEBEAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of ~e original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed. be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property ~ereafter. commencing with an assess-
ment to be collected in ~e year 1980 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make ~e following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of August 21, 1979,
against the following described property:
