Extract of Minutes of li!eeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1980,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Henry J . Crepeau. Jr. .
Councilmen Charlie Crichton. Ward Hanson. James W6ngert
and the followin~ were absent: Councilman RobertWeodburn
Councilman
Crichton
introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 80-21 ,
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING '1'0
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 9
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Sanitary Sewer Improvement

No.9 as last finally adopted on October 6, 1969, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on November 5,
1969 for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1970; and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and oon-
veyed by previous property owners; and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County,requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that
proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor against
each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an assess-
ment to be collected in the year 1970 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of October 6, 1969,
against the following described property:

by authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of ,the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert
, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All -present
and the following voted against the same:
None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
