Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1980,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present:
Councilmen Charlie Crichton. Ward Hanson.
Mayor Henry J .Crepe.au. Jr..
James Wingert
and the following, were absent: Councilmau Woodburn
Councilman
Crichton introduced the following resolution

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSf4ENTS RELAo.rn'lG TO
WATER IMPROVE!1ENT NO. 70-1
AND SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEImNT NO. 16
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Water Improvement No.
70-1 and sanitary Sewer Improvement NO. 16, as last finally
adopted on November 8, 1971, was filed and certified to the
County Auditor of Ramsey County on December 9, 1971, for the
purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along
with real estate taxes commencing in 1972, and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property owners, and

t-mEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the County
Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing
with an assessment to be collected in the year 1972 and there-
after.
NOtol, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of November 8,
1971, against the following described property:

The Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
!4innesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert
, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thersof: All -present
and the following voted against the same:
None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
