Extract of Minutes of Mee~ing
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof. a regular mee~ing
of the City Council of the Ci~y of Arden Hills. Ramsey County.
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1980,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members ware present: Mayor Henry 3 .Crepeau,3-r.,
Councilmen Charlie Cr.ichton, WardHanson,James Wingert
-c.
and the following were absent: Councilman Robert Woodburn
Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT
OF ASSESSMEN'l'S RELATING '1'0
IMPROVEMENT NO. P-SS-W-ST-75-1
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ci~y Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvemen~ No. P-SS-W-
8'1'-75-1 as last finally adopted on Auqus~ 29. 1977, was filed
and cer~ified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October
5, 1977, for the purpose of including installments thereof ~o
be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1978,
and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of proper~y
con~ained within said assessment roll have been divided. and con-
veyed by previous property owners 1 and
.
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Ardell Bills, in order that
the prOper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor

against e,acb parcel of property thereaftet, commencing with an
assessment to be cohected in the year 1978 and thereafter.
NOW, TBEREFORE~ the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
does hereby make the following apportiommmt of original assess-
ments as contained in said assessment roll of August 29, 1977,

The Clerk ;anministrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolution
and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey County,
Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption, of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Wingert , and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All present
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
