Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
County of Ramsey
State of Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the 28th day of April, 1980,
at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present IMaJJor Heu ry J . Crepeau . Jr..
Couneilmen CharlieCriehton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert
and the following were absent I
Couneilman Robert Woodburn
Councilman Crichton introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIOmiENT OF
ASSESSl4ENTS RELATIl'lG TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENTS lroMBERED 67-1 AND 67-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Improve-

ments Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on Sep-
tember 24, 1968, was filed and certified to the County Auditor
of Ramsey County on November 7, 1968, for the purpose of
including installments thereof to be collected along with real
estate taxes commencing in 19691 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and con-
veyed by previous property ownersl and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
24, 1968, against the following described properties:
