RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR
AN!~iAL CONTROL
WHEREAS fhe City Code of Ordinances of Arden HI I~s,
Section 5-5~ provides that Impoundment fees are to be estab-
lished by Resolution,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the foiiowing
impoundment fees are estabilshed:
!. Pick up - $10.00 per anlma~.
2. Board - $3.50 per day for. each dog.
3. Medical services Including distemper vaccine -
iOO% of Poundkeeper charges.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this Resolution supercedes
Resolution Mo. 77-69.
Passed by the Arden Hi 1 ~s City Councl I on the 14th
day of January, 1980.
