Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey county', Minnesota
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of

, 1980, at 7:30 o'clock p. m.
The following members were present:
Charlie Crichton, James Wingert, Ward ~anson
and the following were absent: Henry J, Crepeau, Robert Woodburn
councilman' Wingert
introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 80-5
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
COMBINED IMPROVEMENT W-77-5 AND W-78-2
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for combined Improvement
W-77-5 and W-78-2 as adopted on August 21, 1979, was filed and
certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 9,
1979, for the purpose of including installments thereof to be
collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1980;
and

WHEREAS, since August 21, 1979 a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and

WHEREAS, the county Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionmel't of the original assessment against each
original tract where it has. l'ate:tl . been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the Cit.y council of the city of Arden Hills,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
county Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original

The City Clerk AdministIiltor of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this
. resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly. seconded by Councilman Honson
, and upon vote
. being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof:
Wingert, H3nson, Crichton
and the following voted against the same:

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills of Ramsey county,

attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting
