RE$OLUTION APPROVING CLASSIFICATION OF
NON-CONSERVATION AND APPROVING
SALE OF TAX FORFEITED LAND
WHEREAS, Th~ Boa~d of County CommiBsione~e of Ramaey
County by Rea~lution No. 79-1292 dated November 27. 1979,
classified as non-conservation laud, Parcel No. 25-02200-,
030-08 lying within the limits of tba'City of Arden Hille;
and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification resol-
ution bas beau aubmitt~d for approval of tbe classification
and sale or the land classified in accordance with MSA. Sec-
i:ion 282.01, eub. 1.
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED That the classificntion
of Pal:'cel No. 25-0:UOO-030-0B as 'Ilon-con9<lll:'vai:iou la11ld nnd
the sale thereof be and harsby ia approved; Qud
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby Is authorized to fila a certified copy of tbis re-
solution in the Office or the Land Commissioner.
