Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council '
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway 96,
Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 10th day of December ,
19 79 , at 7:30 o'clock p. m.
The following members were present:
Hanson, Wingert, Woodburn
Councilmen Crichton,
and the following were absent: Mayor Crepeau
Councilman Wingert
introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 79-65
RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
IMPROVEMENT NO. W-P-SS-76-l
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of th'e City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Improvement No. W-P-SS-76-l
as adopted on August 28, 1978, was filed and certified to the
county Auditor of Ramsey county on October 10, 1978, for the
purpose of including installments thereof to be collected along
with real estate taxe~ commencing in 1979; and
WHEREAS, since August 28, 1978 a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll have been
divided and conveyed by a previous property owner; and

WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against each
. original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor against each parcel of property thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the city of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of,original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of August 28,
1978, against the following described properties:

The city Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills
is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this
. resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman Crichton
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
