RESOLUTION NO. 79-63
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO
WATER IMPROVEMENT NO. 68-l
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water lmprovement No.
6S-l (Auditor's No. 735), adopted on October 6, 1969, was
filed and certified to theCoun ty Auditor of Ramsey Coun ty on
November 6, 1969 for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected aloDg with real estate tsxes commencing
in 1970; and )
WHEREAS, Division No. 5523l divides Parcel No. 25-
03300-220-'5 into Parcel Nos. 25-03300-280-55 and 25-03300-
290-55; and
WHEREAS, Henry J. Kramm, owner of Percel No. 25-03300-
220-55, has requested, by letter dated October 4, 1979,thst
the entire assessment be placed against Pereel No. 25-03300-
280-'5; and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of ~amsey County requires
that apportionment of the original assessment against eacb
original tract where it has later been divided, be made by
the City Council of the City Qf Arden Hills,
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hille does hereby make the following apportionment of originsl
assessments as contained in said assessment ~oll of October,
6, 1969, against the following property:
