BE IT RESOLVED that the fol lowing shade tree program budget

BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and Clerk Administrator
are hereby authorl~ed to execute and submit the 1980 Shade Tree Program
application of the Minnesota Department of Agriculture.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded
by Councilman Wingert and the fo!lowlng voted in favor thereof:
Mayor Crepeau, Councilmen Hanson, Wingert and Woodburn; and the fol-
lowing voted against the same: None; whereupon said resolution was
declared duly passed and adopted.
