Extract of Minutes of Meeting of City Council City of Arden Hills Ramsey county, Minnesota November 13, 1979 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, was held in the City Hallin said City on Tuesday; November 13, 1979 at 7:30 o'clock p. m. The following members were present: Mayor Crepeau and Councilmen Hanson, Wingert, and Woodburn1 and the following was absent: Councilman crichton. Councilman Wingert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 79-60 RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT NO. 79-l PURSUANT TO PETITION BY 100% OF OWNERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners of the real property generally in the area of the Arden Lake Knoll Plat located east of Hamline Avenue between County Road F and Amble Road, requesting that the Council install sani tary sewer, watermain, bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances at said location and re- questing that the entire cost of said im provement be assessed against their property, and motion. WHEREAS, pursuant to ". of the Council adopted April 30, 1979, a report has been prepared by the city con- sulting engineers with reference to the improvement, and this report was received by the Council on November l3, 19791 --. " 2 NOW THEREFORE, BElT RESOLVED by the City council of the . City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows: 1. The aforesaid petition is signed by the owners of all property affected by said requested improvement in accordance with M.S.A. Sec. 429.031(3). ' 2. Said improvement is feasible and is hereby ordered as proposed in the report of the city consulting engineers. 3. 'The City consulting engineers are hereby designated as the engineers for this improvement. They shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Hanson, and upon roll call vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Al11 and the following voted against: None; whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. d<<e4: .
