Pursuant to dUe call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden BillS, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at 1450 West BighWay
96, Arden Bills, Minnesota, on Monday, the IJ:I:b.- day of Allgn..+ ,

The following members were present: Mayor Hendy J. Crepeau, Jr.,

ASSESSr-iEN'l'S RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
SANITARY SIDmn IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
BE J:T RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota, as follows:
tlBEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated. flani'o;ary
Sewer IllIprovements Nos. 12 and 13 as aClopted on September 28,
1910, was filed and certified. to the county Auditor of RalllSey
County, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be collected. along with real estate
taxes commE'ncing in 1971, and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessmen1:s and re-
. assessmen1:s in respeo1: 1:0 Consolida1:ed Sani1:ary Sewer Improve-
men1:s Nos. 12 and 13, was held on ~lovember 30, 1970, at whioh
time assessmen1:s for Consolidated Sani1:ary Sewer Improvemen1:s
Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of
said date, to be certified and filed in the office of 1:he
County Audi1:or of Ramsey County, on December 30, 19701 and
WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
proper1:y contained within said assessmen1: roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by' a previous property owner1 and
WHEREAS, the Coun1:y Audi1:or of Ramsey Coun1:y requires 'tha1:
apportionment of the original assessment 'against each original
tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
made by the City Council of the city of Arden Bills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the Coun1:y Auditor
aqainst eacl1 ~cel of property thereafter, commencing with an
assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOf1, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills does hereby make the following apportionment of oriqinal
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970 against the
following described properties:
