Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden W.lls
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, was
duly held in the City Hall, 1459 West Highway 96, in said City
on Monday, the 9th day of Ju Iv
, 1979, at 7:30 o'clock
p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Hen ry J. Crepeau, Jr.,
Councilmen Robert Woodburn, Charlie Crichton, James Wingert and
Ward Hanson
and the following were absent: None

introduced the following resolu-
tion and moved its adoption:

RESOLUTION RELATING ro IMPROVErmNT NO. SS-N-P-78-l
DECLARING COST ro BE ASSESSED AlID
ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
WHEREAS, contracts have bt:)en let for Improvement No.
SS-W-P-78-l of thol City of Arden Hills consisting of the in-
stalll'!.tion of sanitary sewer, watermain, storm drainage,
bituminous surfacinq, and concrete curb and gutter in the area,
west 09 ~'alentine Crest Road, east of Interstate W.ghway 35-W,
north of County Road F; and south of Interstate Highway 694,
and
WHEREAS, the contract price for such improvement is
$, 100.620 00 and the other expenses incurred or to be
incurred In the making of said improvement amount to $18.991.00
so that the total cost of the improvement will be $iL9.59~.OQ,
and of this cost the City will pay $ -0-- as'Its s are
of the cost. - 0-
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
1. The cost to be specially assessed is hereby declared
tobe$ 119.591.00.

2. The City Clerk Adniinistrator, together with the assis-
tance of the City Consulting Engineer, shall forthwith calcu-
late the proper amount to be specially assessed for such work
against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of land within
the improvement affected, without regard to cash valuation, as
provided by law, ai\d she shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in her dffice fot public inspection. The City Clerk
Administrator may arranqe for the assistance, of the Data
Processing Division of the County of Ramsey in the preparation
of the proposed assessment roll,
3. The City Clerk Administrator shall, upon completion
of such proposed assessment, notify the Council thereof for
their further action and for their setting of an assessment
hearing therefor.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution
was duly seconded by Councilman WlnQert
, and upon vote
being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All
and the fOllowing voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
