RESOLUTiON NO. 79-27
RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING QUARTERLY WATER CHARGES EFFECTIVE APRi L I. 1979
~
WHEREAS, the Finance COumlttee has completed a thorough review of the
rate structure for water usage, and has determined that the water utility operated
at a deficit In 1978 and it appears will have a deficit In 1979, and
WHEREAS, the Finance COmmittee made recommendations to the City COuncil
to solve the deficit,
NOW. THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED, by the City COuncl I of the City of
Arden Hills that the water rate be Increased from sixty five cents (65t) per
thousand gallons to sixty eight cents (68t) per thousand gallons, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the quarterly minimum charge for water be
adjusted as follows:

BE ~T FURTHER RESOLVED. that the foregoing temporary rate Increases
be effective from April I, 1979, to January I. ,1980.
