Exuact of Minutes of Meetinq
of the City COuncil
of the Cl ty of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota

Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meetinq
of the City Council of the City of Arden BillS, Minnesota, was
duly held at the City Ball in said City on Monday, the 11th day
of June, 1979, at 7:30 o'clodk p.m.
The fOllowing members were present: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr.
Councilmen Ward Hanson, Charlie CrIchton, James WIngert,
and Robert Woodburn.
and the following were absent: None
Councilman Woodburn introduc::ecl and moved the adoption of
the following resolution:

IMPRDVEMBNT NO. SS-W-P-ST-78-3
WHEREAS, pursuant to adveJ:'tisemant foJ:' bids for the above
improvement, aocording to the plans and speoifioations thereof
on file in the office of the Clerk Adminisuator of said city,
said bids were received on June 7, 1979, at 2:00 o'clOClk p.m.,
openea and tabuJ.ated acoorciing to law and the following- bids
were received complying' with the advertisement:

NOW, 'lBImEFORE, BE IT BESOLVSD by the City Council of the
Cit.y of Arden Hills, Minnesot.a:
1. '!'he Mayor and Clerk Administrator are bereby authorized
and cUrec1:ed 1:0 enter into a contract with Robert W, Moore
Company
for $ 167,227.50 in the name of the City of
Arden Hills for the above improvement. according to the plans
and specifications thereof beretofore approved by the City
Counoil and on file in the office of the City Clerk Administrator.
2. '!'he City Clerk "8ministrator is hereby authodzed and
direct.ed to ret.urn forthwith to all bidders the deposits made
with their bids except the deposits of the suoc.:Jssfull bidder
and the next: 10wes1: bidder sball be retained until contraot.s
have been signed.
'!'he mo1:ion was seconded by Councilman Hanson

upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor

and the followinq voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolut.ion was declared duly passed and adopted.
