Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting-
~ of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at. 1450 West Highway
96, St. Paul, Minnesota, on Monday, the ~ day of May,
1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The fOllowing- members were present: CouncIlmen Chari Ie
Crichton, Ward Hanson, James WIngert, Robert Woodburn.
and the following were absent: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau, Jr.

then introduced the following- reso-
lution and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 79-24
APPORTIONMENT OF ASSESSMEN'l'S
RELATING TO CONSOLIDATED
WATER IMPROVEMENT NOS. 68-2 AND 68-3
.
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water
Improvement"Nos. 68-2 and 68-3 as adopted September 28, 1970,
was filed and Certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey county
on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including installments
thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing
in 1971, and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re-
~ assessments in respect to Consolidated Water Improvement Nos.

68-2 and 68-3 was held on November 9, 1970, and on November 10,
1970, assessmen~s for Consolidated Wa~er Improvement Nos. 68-2
and 68-3 were amended as provided by said resolu~ion of said
date, ~o be certified and filed in the office of the County
Auditor of RamSey Coun~y on December 10, 1970 J and
WHEREAS, since November 10, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and oonveyed by a previOUS property ownerl and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of RamSey county requires
that apportionment: of the original assessment against each
original traot where it has later been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the city Counoil of the city of Arden HillS,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter,
oommencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1911
and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Bills does hereby make the followinq apportionment of oriqinal
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
28, 1970 and as amended as of November 10, 1970, against the

is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this
resolution and to certify the same to the County Auditor of
Ramsey County, Minnesota.
