RESOLUTION RELATING TO CORRECTED APPORTIONMENT

SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS . 12 AND 13

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of 'the City of Arden
Bills, Minnesota, as followsl
WHBREAS, the assesslitent roll for Consolidated Sanit.ary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 andU as adopted 'on 'September 28,
1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, on OCtober 28, 1970, for the purpose of 'including
installments thereof t.obe collect.ed along with 'real estate
taxes commenoinq in 1971, 'and

WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and
reassessments 'inrespeot to consolidated Sanitary sewer
Improvements: Nos .' i2 and 13 was held on cNoV'ember 30, '1970, at

which time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolu-
tion of said date, to be certified and filed in the office of
the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on December 30, 1970, and
. WHEREAS, since November 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner 1 and
WHEllEAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires
that apportionment of the oriqinal assessment aqainst each
original tract where it has later been divided, sold or con-
veyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills,
in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the
County Auditor aqainst each parcel of property thereafter,
commencinq with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971
and thereafterl and
WHEREAS, an error oocurred in Division No. 49721 in City
COuncil apportionment resolution adopted Auqust 11, 1975.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City COunoil of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the fOllowinq corrected apportionment
of oriqinal assessments as oontained in said assessment roll
of September 28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970
against the followinq desoribed properties:
