RESOLUTION NO. 79-14
WHEREAS, Wynrldge Bul~ders Inc. has purchased certain property
from Lyndon J. and Rosei~a K. Buesing (Division No. 542~71, and
WHEREAS, aiij special assessments attributable to Parcel No.
25-02200-180-76 <formerly Parcel No. 25-02200-100-76) were paid
In full on December 19. 1977 (Receipt No. ^l4133).
NOW, THEREFORE. BE IT RESOLVED that the Arden Hllijs City
Council dIrects the Ramsey County Department of Property Taxation
to place the special assessments for Water Improvement Nos. 67-1
and 72-1 and Sewer Improvement No. 12-13 on Parcel No. 25-02200-190-
76.
Passed by the Arden Hills City Council this 30th day of April.
