RESOLUTION NO. 79-11
DESIGNATiON OF ADDiTiONAL DEPOSITORIES
AND CORPORATE AUTHORiZATION RESOLUTION
.
WHEREAS, ResolutIon No. 79-1 desIgnates the First
National Bank of St. Paul and The Rosevliia State Bank as
official depositorIes for funds of the CIty of Arden Hills
for the calendar year 1919; and
WHEREAS, the City Councl! has determined it Is
desirable to designate an additional depository.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE !T HEREBY RESOLVED that effective
thIs date, Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul sha! I be an
additIonal official depository for ail funds of the City of
Arden Hills for the calendar year i919; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the CIty Treasurer shail,
from tIme to time; ascertain that adequate security, as required
by the laws of the State of Minnesota, Is furnished by such de-
positories to protect the CIty's deposited funds against finan-
cial loss; and
BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED, that checks of this corporation
orawn on Northwestern National Bank of St. Paul, hereinafter
called the Bank, shal! be signed by three of the fo!lowlng
officers:

BE iT FURTHER RESOLVED. that the Clerk Administrator,
Char~otte McNlesh, Is authorized to use a signature stamp at
such t !mes that. I t becomes i 6ga I andlor necessa ry for Henry J.
.crepeau. Jr., Mayor, or Dona.ld R. Lamb, Treasurer.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the said Bank Is hereby
authorized and dlrectGd to honor and pay any checks so. drawn as
above sat forth. .hether or not such checks be payable to the
order of one of the foregoing persons either In his Individual
or official capaelty or deposited to his Individual credit. and
whether or not such signatures are followed by the title or office
of the person signing. .
