Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of the City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills, Ramsey County,
. Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 1450 West Highway
96, Arden Hills, Minnesota, on Monday, the 26th day of M&rch
1979, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Mayor Henry J. Crepeau,
Jr., Councilmen Charlie CrIchton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert
and Robert Woodburn.

RESOLU'l'ION NO. 79-10
RESOLU'l'ION RELA'rING TO APPOR'rIONMENT OF
ASSESSMEN'rS RELAUNG 'rO WA'rER IMPROVEMEN'r NO. 72-1
introduced the following- resolution
BE I'r RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll of Water Improvement No. 72-1
as last finally adopted on September 6, 1973, was filed and cer-
tified to the County Auditor of Ramsey County on October 5,
1973,for the purpose of inoluding' installments thereof to be
oollected along with real estate taxes commencing in 19747 and
WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property
contained within said assessment roll have been divided and
conveyed by previous property owners 7 and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County. requires that
... apportionment of the original assessment against each original

tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be 'made
by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills in order that
the proper assessment can be extended by the County Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, cOllllllencing with an
assessment to be cOlle,cted in the year 1974 and thereafter.
. NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
6, 1973, against the following described properties:

is hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was

, and upon vote being
taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: A II

whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
