Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,. Ramsey County,
. Minnesota, was duly held in the City Ball at 1450 West Highway

Jr., Councilmen Charlie Crichton, Ward Hanson, James Wingert and

RESOLUTION RELATING 'l'O APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELA'.l:'ING 'l'O CONSOLIDATED
SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENTS NOS. 12 AND 13
introduced the following resolu-

BE IT RESOLVED by the City Counoil of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, as follows:
WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary
Sewer Improvements Nos. 12 and 13 as adopted on September 28,
1970, was filed and certified to the County Auditor of Ramsey
County, on October 28, 1970, for the purpose of including
installments thereof to be colleoted along with real estate
taxes commencing in 1971; and
WHEREAS, a hearing on supplemental assessments and re-
assessments in respeot to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve-
ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which

time assessments for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improvements
Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of
said date, to be certified and filed in the office of the
COunty Auditor of Ramsey County, on December 30, 1970 J and
WHEREAS, sinCe Nove~er 30, 1970, a number of parcels of
~ property contained within said assessment roll as amended have
been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner, and
WHEREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that
apportionment of the original assessment against each original

traot where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be
IIlade by the City Counoil of the City of Arden Hills, in order
that the proper assessment can be extended by the COunty Auditor
against each parcel of property thereafter, commenoing with an
assessment to be oolleoted in the year 1971 and thereafter.
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
assessments as contained in said assessment roll of September
28, 1970 and as amended as of November 30, 1970 against the

The City Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills is
hereby authorized to prepare a certified copy of this resolu-
tion and to certify the same to the County Auditor of Ra1nsey
County, Minnesota.
The motion for the adoption of the foreqoing resolution
. was duly seconded by Councilman Crl chton , and upon vote
being taken thereon, the fOllowing voted in favotthereof: All
and the following voted against the same: None
whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
