AGREEMENT WITH INTERNATIONAL UNION
OF OPERATING ENGINEERS. lOCAL NO. 49,

No. 49, as the @xcluslve repr~s0ntatlve of the CIty's Public Works
amploy~es, enter Into a wrlttllln contract containIng the agreed-
upon terms and conditions of employment of such employees, and

WHEREAS. representatives of the City and the Union have agreed
upon the terms end conditions of employment of such Public Wofks
employees for the years 1979 and 1980, and a 1979 Labor agreement,
embracing such t~rms and conditions, has been prepared. and
W~EREAS, M.S.A. 179.70. Subd. 2, requires that the City Imple-
ment. the terms and conditions of such Agreement by ~ans of,8

NOW, THEREFORE, BE iT HEREBY RESOLVED. by the Council of the
