Crepeau, Jr., Charles Crichton, James Wingert, Robert Woodburn and the following were absent:- Ward Hanson Councilman Wlnaert introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLtrnON NO. 79 -6 RESOLtrnON RElATING TO A~PORT!Ol\1MEN'l' OF ASSESS!rJ..I5m',I:S RElATING TO CONSOLIDA'l'ED SANI'rARY SEWER IMPROVEMEN'l'S NOS. 12 AND 13 BE I'1' RESOLVED by the Ci~ council of the Ci~ of Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Ialprovements Nos. 12 and 13 aEl adoPted 01'l September 28, 1970, was filed and certified to the county Auditor of Ramsey Coun~, on october 28, 1970 for the purpose of including in- , . '. . . stallments thereof to be collected along with real estate taxes commencing in 1971, and . WBBREAS, a hearing on supplemental asseslll\l8Jlts and re- assesSlllents in respect to Consolidated Sanitary Sewer Improve- ments Nos. 12 and 13 was held on November 30, 1970, at which time assessments for Consolidated Sanit:ary ~ ImprovemeDts Nos. 12 and 13 were amended as provided by said resolution of said da1:e. to be certified and filed in the office of the County Auditor of Ramsey county, on December 30, 1970, and , WBBRBAS, since November 30, 1970, a nUllber of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll as amended have been divided and conveyed by a previous property owner, and WBBBAS. the COunty Auditor of Ramsey county requires that apportinulftAllt of the odginal assessment against: each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the county Auditor against: each parcel of property thereafter, cOII1III.encing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1971 and thereafter.
