Henry J. Crepeau, Jr., Councilmen Ward Hanson, Charles Crichton, James Wingert, Robert Woodburn and the following were absent: None Councilman r.~lchTon introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLTJ'.t'ION NO. 79-5 RESOLTJ'.t'ION RElATING TO APPORTIONMEllrl' OF ASSESSMI!lNTS RElATING TO CONSOLIDA!IE) WATER IMPROVEMENTS NtlmERED 67-1 AND 67-2 BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, Minnesota, as follows: WHEREAS, the assessment roll for Consolidated Water Im- provements Numbered 67-1 and 67-2 as last finally adopted on September 24, 1968, was f:l.led and certified ~ the County . . ~ Auditor of RamseY County on NOvember 7. 1968, for the purpose of inCl1uding installments thereof 1:0 be collected along with real estate taxes C,!n!lUl1encing in 19691 and WHEREAS, since that date a number of parcels of property contained within said assessment roll have been divided and conveyed by previous property ownersr and WBBREAS, the County Auditor of Ramsey County requires that apportionment of the original assessment against each original tract where it has later been divided, sold or conveyed, be made by the City Council of the City of Arden Bills, in order that the proper assessment can be extended by the County AUditor against each parcel of property thereafter, ClO1IlIlIencing with an assessment to be collected in the year 1969 and there- after. NOW, THEREFORE, the City council of the City of Arden Bills does hereby make the following apportionment of original assess- ments as contained in said assessment roll of Sept'AJII~r 24, 1968, against the fOllowing described properties: -' .
