RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES FOR AMUSEMENT
ARCADES AND COIN OPERATED AMUSEMENT DEVICES
AND RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 82-41
.
WHEREAS, Section 13-24 of the Arden Hills Code requi res
that licenses for coin operated amusement devices and amusement
arcades shall be established by Resolution, and
WHEREAS, the Finance Committee has re-evaluated annual
license fees for amusement arcades and coin operated amusement
devices, and after careful study, has recommended changes In the
present fee schedule.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that fees for amusement
arcade and mechanical devices established In Resolution No. 82-41
be rescinded, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following annual fee
for amusement arcade be $120.00 per year plus $30.00 for each
device from the fourth through the tenth, and $60.00 for each
device above the tenth.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED. that a maxi mum fee of $1,230
be p I aced on the annua I amusement arcade I I cense fee.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the following license fee
for coin operated amusement devices, whether part of arcade or
other establishment, be $40.00 per device.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the license fees herein
established shall be effective January I, 1983.
