RESOLUTION NO. 82-63
WHEREAS, Ihe Board of County Commissioners of Ramsey
County by Resolution No. 82-854 dated November 1, 1982, classi-
. fied as non-conservation land, certain land lying within the
limits of the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification reso-
lution together with a list of the land classified has been sub-
mitted for approval of the classification and sale of the land
classified in accordance, with MSA, Section 282.01, sub. 1;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classification
of Parcel No.
25-81000-042-01 as non-conservation land and the
sale thereof be and hereby is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the Clerk Administrator
be and hereby is authorized to file a certified copy of this
resolution in the Office of the Land Commissioner.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk
Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do hereby
certify that the above is a true and correct copy of a resolution
passed by the Council of the City of Arden Hills at its meeting
held on the 22nd day of November 1982.
