RESOLUTION RELATING TO APPORTIONMENT OF
ASSESSMENTS RELATING TO SANITARY SEWER
12 & 13 and WATER 71-1
WHEREAS, Division No. 057668 subdivides parcel code
25-02200-030-55 into sixteen (16) lots (Royal Hills), and

WHEREAS, the property owner, by letter of October 21,
1982, has requested that special assessments for Sanitary Sewer
12 & 13 and Water 71-1 be assessed to Lot 10, Block 2, Royal
HI lis;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Counci I of the City of Arden
Hills does hereby make the following apportionment of original
