RESOLUTION NO, 82-57
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of
Ramssy County by resolution dated October 15, 1962, classi-
fied as non-conservation land, Parcel No. 25-39500-141-04
lying within the limits of the City of Arden HI lis; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified
has been submitted for approval of the classification and
sale of the land classified In accordance with MSA, Sec-
tion 282.01, sub. I;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classi-
fication of the land show. on said list as non-conservation
land and the sale thereof be and hereby Is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby Is authorized to file a certlflfled copy of this
resolution In the Office of the Land Commissioner.
