RESOLUTION NO. 82-56
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of
Ramsey Coun ty by reso I ut I on dated Septembe r 13, 1977,
classified as non-conservation land, Parcel No. 25-15500-043-00
lying within the I imlts of the City of Arden Hills; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified has
been submitted for approval of the classification and sale
of the land classified In accordance with MSA, Section 282.01,
sub, I;
NOW, THEREFORE, 8E IT RESOLVED That the classifi-
cation of the land shown on said list as non-conservation
land and the sale thereof by and hereby Is approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby Is authorized to fl Ie a certified copy of this resolu-
tion In the Office of the Land Commissioner.
