RESOLUTION NO. 82-55
WHEREAS, The Board of County Commissioners of
Ramsey County by resolution dated October 7, 1963, classi-
fied as non-conservation land, Parcel No, 25-67500-020-05
lying within the limits of the City of Arden HI lis; and
WHEREAS, A certified copy of the classification
resolution together with a list of the land classified has
been submitted for approval of the classification and sale
of the land classified In accordance with MSA, Section
282.0 I, sub. I;
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED That the classi-
fication of the land shown on said list as non-conservation
land and the sale thereof be and hereby Is approved; and
BE IT fURTHER RESOLVED That the City Clerk be and
hereby Is authorized to fl Ie a certified copy of this resolu-
tion In the Office of the Land Commissioner.
