Extract of Minutes of Meeting
of City Council
City of Arden Hills
Ramsey County, Minnesota
Held: July 12, 1982
.
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of
the City of Arden Hills met in regular session at the City Hall
on Monday, the 12th day of July, 1982, at 7:30 o'clock p.m.
The following members were present: Acting Mayor McAllister
and Councilmen Hicks, Johnson and Mulcahy; and the following was
absent: Mayor Woodburn.
Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and
moved its adoption:
Resolution No. 82-38a
RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 81-52
DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING
PREPARATION OF PROPOSED ASSESSMENT ROLL
WHEREAS, on July 27, 1981~ the City Council adopted Resolu-
tion No. 81-52 declaring cost to be assessed and ordering
preparation of proposed assessment roll for Improvement No.
P-80-1; and
WHEREAS, the City Council thereafter determined that Improve-
ment No. p-80-1 would not be assessed in 1981.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, that Resolution No. 81-52, as
... adopted in 1981, be and hereby is rescinded.
. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was
duly seconded by Councilman Hicks and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: All Present: and

resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting
Clerk Administrator of the City of Arden Hills, Minnesota, do
hereby certify that I have carefully compared the attached and
foregoing extract of minutes of a regular meeting of the City
Council of said City held on the 12th day of July, 1982, with
the original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full,
true and complete transcript insofar as the same relates to
Improvement No. p-80-1 of said City.
